Each manufacturer has their own policies related to returning an item to stock.
You may choose to return an item to the manufacturer or to Buckeye Emergency Vehicle Products. Each manufacturer will have varying fees that apply to returning items to stock.
Buckeye charges a fee of 25% of the purchase value of the item in order to return it to stock. You have 10 business days from the delivery date to contact Buckeye for authorization to return a product. After a period of 10 business days from the delivery confirmation date, Buckeye Emergency will not accept any returns. Retuned items must be unused, never installed, with the original packaging and show no signs of use or wear. You are only permitted to return an item to stock at Buckeye with prior authorization from us. You must return your product with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and a copy of the original purchase receipt.
You must pay your RMA fee prior to returning any product to Buckeye.
We do not accept returns on custom built lightbars.
If the item you receive is not what you purchased and there has been a shipping error, there will be absolutely no fee for an exchange of product. However, the product must still meet returnable criteria and be sent back to Buckeye Emergency. You will be reimbursed for any shipping charges you incur as a result of shipping and order fulfillment errors.
If a product is defective, we will assist in the return and replacement process but you must contact the manufacturer. Visit our "About Us" page for a link to our manufacturers and for information on how to contact them.

Step TwoFill out your RMA form with the reason for returning the item and any information provided to you by Buckeye. Please fill out all information completely.

Step ThreeSend a copy of your RMA form to Buckeye for approval. Once approved, pay your RMA fee, ship your item back to us with the RMA form and a copy of the original receipt.

Step FourOnce your item is received we will determine if we will issue you credit. Packages without the proper RMA form and prior approval from Buckeye will be refused and returned to the sender.
