Generally, a customer within the Continental US will receive their shipment within 3 - 7 business days of the initial order. Some orders may take up to 14 business days to be delivered. If you have not received your item within 14 business days of the initial order, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Order Processing
Orders placed by 3pm EST will be processed same day.
Orders after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Handling / Lead Time
Orders shipping from our fulfillment center will have a 2 day lead time or less.
Most items shipping from the manufacturer have about a 3 - 5 day lead time.
Some manufacturers have a lead time of 15 - 30 days.
If you have a custom built order, such as a lightbar or vehicle specific equipment, your build time will affect the lead time.
In some cases, the delivery date may be between 30 and 45 days from the initial order.
Shipping Location
Some items will ship directly to the buyer from the factory.
Some items will ship from our fulfillment center to the buyer.
Shipping Time
Most orders in the Continental US are in transit for about 2 - 5 days.
Some items may take longer depending on size, weight and the buyers location.
Expect most items, from the date of order, to take between 3 - 10 business days for delivery.
Items being shipped outside the Continental US may take up to 14 business days to be delivered.
Custom build orders such as a lightbar or vehicle specific equipment will have standard shipping and handling times but may have a longer lead time.
Tracking Information
All orders will have a tracking number.
In some cases, tracking numbers may be delayed.
This will be provided to the buyer once the package has shipped.
