Buckeye Emergency Vehicle Products' Warranty Policy
Buckeye Emergency Vehicle Products, LLC does not individually warranty any product that is not specifically branded by Buckeye. Each manufacturer warranties their own goods for a specified length of time.
You must contact the manufacturer of the defective item and follow their specific warranty claim process. You may be required to return your defective item to the manufacturer. By dealing directly with the manufacturer, you will reduce the time it takes to receive a replacement product or repair of your item. Some cases may differ and require the involvement of Buckeye EVP for warranty purposes. Buckeye Emergency Vehicle Products, LLC warranties our installation of brand new products or products purchased from us including wiring, connectors and electrical components for a period of one year (365 days) unless a different specific time period is contractually agreed upon. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the products and install agreement. A warranty claim must be accompanied by the original dated proof of purchase. We will not warranty any installation work that has been altered, abused, defaced, damaged, neglected, misused or tampered with. It will be at our discretion how or if the repair will take place. This warranty shall be governed by the state of Ohio.
